Global Senior HR Business Partner

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and hands-on people support across the business, guiding teams through the entire employee journey. You will oversee critical business areas, support employees with daily inquiries, advise and coach leaders, contribute to talent strategy development, and enhance people processes. You should have a strong experience in French Employment Law, a 7-10 year experience as an HRBP or HR manager, and a passion for making a positive impact on the planet.

• Oversee critical business areas and support employees with daily inquiries from onboarding to offboarding.
• Advise and coach leaders at all levels on day-to-day management issues, organizational design, and individual performance reviews.
• Contribute to developing the Talent strategy and lead key initiatives such as performance management, mentoring, and career path development.
