Global Talent Scout

Join Back Market, a global marketplace for refurbished devices. As a Global Talent Scout, you will proactively identify and attract high-potential individuals, build and maintain talent pipelines, and enhance Back Market's employer brand. You will also engage with potential candidates through networking and community management, and conduct market intelligence to stay informed about competitor hiring activity. This role requires at least 8 years of experience in senior sourcing, talent scouting, and talent marketing, as well as strong content creation and marketing skills.

• Proactively search for and identify high-potential individuals long before job openings arise, targeting passive candidates.
• Build and animate a pipeline of 80–120 profiles in active relationship across priority families, maintaining 20–30 profiles at advanced maturity.
• Design and animate the internal referral program, making every Back Maker a talent ambassador, and track conversion by source and vertical.
