• Lead, mentor, and support fullstack software engineers, helping them develop their skills and thrive in their roles.
• Actively participate in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions, engaging hands-on in coding, code reviews, and solution architecture.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, architects, QAs, product managers, and business experts, taking part in all phases of agile development.
