Senior Product Manager

Join Hi Marley, a leading communication platform for insurance carriers, as a Senior Product Manager for AI Products. In this role, you will define the product vision, formulate a strategy, and bring new AI-powered products to market. You will work closely with insurance carrier teams, drive execution across teams, and ensure that AI-powered products instill trust in every interaction. • Comprender profundamente cómo se comunican los aseguradores y los asegurados hoy en día, e identificar dónde la IA puede transformar la experiencia.
• Trabajar directamente con los equipos de las aseguradoras para comprender sus problemas, probar soluciones impulsadas por IA y dar forma a la estrategia del producto a largo plazo.
• Proven ability to set product strategy, align stakeholders, and lead through ambiguity
• Attention to detail, and accountability for delivering high-quality, reliable user experiences
• A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, paired with the judgment to apply them thoughtfully and responsibly
• Excellent communication skills. Able to articulate tradeoffs, synthesize complexity, and align diverse stakeholders
• Insurance or insurtech experience is a plus but not required
• Experience designing and launching generative AI-powered features, ideally AI agents, and stays current on the latest evolutions in the AI space
• Experience bringing new products to market (0 to 1)
• Ability to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback and use it to quickly iterate on both the product and existing strategic assumptions
• 6+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with experience in B2B or B2B2C products
