As a Global B2B Sales Support apprentice, you will enhance Accor's global B2B sales capabilities by providing operational, analytical, and strategic support to Global Sales teams. • Provide comprehensive operational support for distribution and production tracking, assist in the deployment and management of B2B loyalty programs, and coordinate the preparation of materials for key account business review meetings.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and consolidation across various sales metrics, market trends, and operational performance indicators, and provide operational support to the BT Strategy department.
• Collaborate with the BT Strategy and leadership team on the design, development, and deployment of new B2B offers, and support the monitoring of hotel responses to RFPs.

The ideal candidate should have

• **Education:** Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business or Hospitality Industry.
• **Skills:** Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• **Excel Proficiency:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential for complex data manipulation, analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
• **AI Leveraging:** Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and concepts to optimize workflows, enhance data analysis, and support strategic insights
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

• **Languages:**
• Fluent proficiency in English (oral and written) is required

French / Native/Fluent

Spanish and/or Italian is a plus

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
