Human Resources Business Partner — Apprenticeship F/M/X

As a Human Resources Business Partner apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in strategic HR topics, internal communication, HR reporting, and project support. This is a unique opportunity to develop key skills and make an impact in the hospitality industry.

• Préparer et coordonner les étapes clés des ressources humaines, y compris la planification et l'organisation des événements majeurs.
• Développer des supports de communication clairs et percutants pour les ressources humaines, y compris des présentations, des newsletters et des articles intranet.
• Extraire, consolider et garantir la fiabilité des données RH à travers les systèmes d'information RH, en construisant des tableaux de bord et des rapports RH.

**And you?**

You are a student pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or 2) in Human Resources, Communication, a Business School, Political Science, or an equivalent university program, with a specialization in HR.

Contract type: Apprenticeship or Professional training contract.

Duration: 1 year — schedule to be defined with your school.

Preferred start date: September 2026.

**Required skills:**

• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (creating professional presentations).
• Strong writing skills and ease with oral communication, with an interest in data analysis and statistics.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.

**Appreciated skills:**

• Familiarity with a graphic design tool (Canva, InDesign).
• Familiarity with an HRIS.
