Lead Analytics Solutions & Services "Data Platform" F/M/X

Join Accor Tech & Digital, the innovation and technological transformation lab of the world leader in hospitality. As a Lead Analytics Solutions & Services "Data Platform," you will be responsible for data accessibility and democratization solutions at Accor. You will lead the OPEN Feature Team, design and maintain products, ensure a high level of service for users, and educate and support all users. This role requires proven experience in enterprise-scale Data/BI environments, technical leadership, and strong expertise in Snowflake and major analytical tools.

• Proven (senior) experience in enterprise-scale Data/BI environments, including implementing or evolving self-analytics solutions for a large user base
• Experience in technical leadership: operational management of consultants or project teams, while remaining a strong individual contributor

**Technical Skills**

• Strong expertise in Snowflake (core of the platform) and solid knowledge of its ecosystem
• Experience with major analytical tools such as Tableau, Dataiku, and orchestration tools (e.g., Astronomer/Airflow)
• Advanced expertise in data modeling and designing robust analytical models
• Experience in BI tool administration and industrialization, with an automation-oriented approach
• Advanced SQL and database skills; experience in data transformation (dbt knowledge is a plus)
• Good understanding of semantic layer concepts and modern analytics architecture
• Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Business Intelligence tools (reporting, pagination, environment structuring)
