About The Role
Join Accor Tech & Digital, the innovation and technological transformation lab of the world leader in hospitality. As a Partnerships Manager, you will build and maintain a portfolio of travel partners, drive new revenue generation, and collaborate with various stakeholders. You will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a master's degree in marketing, business, or a relevant field of study.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience of loyalty partnership management in Airlines, Rail, Mobility environments.
- Proven expertise in the field of travel product and services.
- Understanding of loyalty program economics in a B2C environment.
- An international experience is highly valued.
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French with an innate attention to detail.
- Master’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study.
- Possess an understanding of how to drive business and marketing with and through the partner ecosystem
- Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, problem solving and have a bias for action
- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
- Minimum 3 years in project management skills with experience gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization
