About The Role
Join Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, as the VP of Architecture Hub. In this role, you will lead and manage the Architecture Hub, ensuring alignment between the group's digital ambitions and technical realities. You will also oversee capacity planning and resource allocation, synchronize business ambitions with technical realities, and position the Architecture Hub as a delivery accelerator. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 to 7 years in Enterprise Architecture and Engineering, and full professional proficiency in both French and English.
- Lead and manage the Architecture Hub, coordinating efforts across Business, Application, Tech, and Insight teams to ensure a cohesive architectural vision.
- Synchronize business ambitions with technical realities, developing capability maps and portfolio views to prioritize investments and drive strategic decision-making.
- Position the Architecture Hub as a delivery accelerator by providing reusable patterns, reference architectures, and cross-team alignment rituals to reduce redundant work.
**Profile Requirements**
- **Education:** Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- **Experience:** 12 to 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 to 7 years in Enterprise Architecture and Engineering.
- **Leadership:** Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
- **Environment:** Experience working within an international, multi-brand, and multi-site organization.
- **Transformation:** Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation and IS modernization.
- **Certifications & Knowledge:** TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, and ITIL certification or strong working knowledge.
- **Industry:** Significant experience in the Hospitality, Retail, or Services sector is a plus.
