Enablement Operations Specialist

Join Hostaway, a leading company in the vacation rental industry, as an Enablement Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that allows enablement programs to scale efficiently across the business. You will manage the day-to-day administration of enablement systems, documentation, workflows, learning operations, project coordination, and knowledge management. This position requires exceptional organizational and project management skills, as well as experience in enablement operations, sales operations, or a related operational role within a SaaS or B2B organization.

• Own the operational execution of Global Enablement programs, ensuring onboarding, certifications, recurring initiatives, and strategic projects are delivered consistently and on schedule.
• Manage and optimize the Enablement technology ecosystem, including learning platforms, knowledge repositories, project management tools, and enablement resources to support a scalable learning environment.
• Design, document, and continuously improve enablement workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that drive operational excellence, consistency, and scalability across the business.
• Professional fluency in English is required. French or Spanish proficiency is considered a strong advantage
• Experience working with platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, Confluence, Gong, Articulate 360, LMS platforms, or similar enablement technologies
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• 2–5+ years of experience in Enablement Operations, Sales Operations, Learning Operations, Program Coordination, Project Management, Revenue Operations, or a related operational role within a SaaS or B2B organisation
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using reporting to improve operational performance
• Experience supporting learning programs, onboarding initiatives, or operational enablement functions
• Experience documenting workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
