Senior Product Designer (Servicing)

Join our Mortgage Delinquency Team as a Senior Product Designer. In this role, you will define the ideal user experience for homeowners facing financial hardships and create a servicing agent tool to better assist them. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers. A strong background in user-centered product design and experience in the mortgage or financial systems is preferred.

• Mentorar y guiar a diseñadores junior, compartir las mejores prácticas y fomentar una cultura de excelencia en el diseño.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance methodological rigor with scrappiness and creativity
• Experience with the following is not required but is a big plus:
• A solid portfolio
• Experience working within the context of digital products
• 5+ years of experience with user-centered product design
• Experience with both consumer tech as well as enterprise software
• Familiarity with the mortgage landscape / financial systems
