Founding Data Analyst

Join Counsel as a Founding Data Analyst in a high-impact role that spans data wrangling, pipeline development, and improving reporting and operational workflows. • Construire et maintenir la base de données qui alimentera l'ensemble de l'entreprise, en soutenant les besoins en données des parties prenantes dans chaque fonction.
• Développer des pipelines de données et des métriques opérationnelles, et améliorer les rapports et les flux de travail opérationnels dans toute l'entreprise.
• Collaborer avec l'ingénieur en analytique pour valider les pipelines et les définitions des métriques, et transformer les ensembles de données désordonnés en réponses exploitables.
• Comfort with data that's messy and real, the kind you dig into instead of flagging as someone else's problem. An inherent desire to be a truth seeker
• 3-5 years in a data, analytics, or finance/ops role
• Executive presence to represent senior leaders in cross functional discussions
• Strong SQL, and Python or a similar language to be dangerous
• Genuinely curious about AI tools, and quick to find ways they can cut manual work out of your own workflow
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (CS, statistics, applied math, or similar), with meaningful programming experience
• Experience with dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, or BigQuery
• Experience in healthcare or healthtech
• A track record of ramping quickly into new tools, since many of ours are still being built
