Senior Product Manager (Core Product)

Join Counsel, a health tech startup that aims to revolutionize the way people manage their health. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving user engagement and adoption of our platform. You will own the onboarding experience, core chat experience, and acquisition funnel, working closely with our AI teams and D2C growth marketing. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the health tech industry.

• You have 4+ years of experience in building consumer products
• Lead discovery and experimentation to identify and prioritize the most impactful features and opportunities
• You have done 0→1→10 work before
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Work cross functionally with engineering, design, clinicians, and GTM to define, build, and deploy experiences that delight our users
• Deep customer intuition and product taste, combining design empathy with a rigorous, data-informed approach to measuring impact
• Ability to own your work in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to an ever-changing landscape
• Direct experience working with LLM-powered products
• Prior work collaborating with D2C marketing teams or being a growth marketer yourself!
• Experience in consumer products in more regulated spaces (like Fintech, Edtech, or healthcare)
