About The Role

Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) and help shape the future of AI-powered healthcare. You will be a key member of our Platform & Integrations team, responsible for core product primitives, external APIs, health data models, retrieval infrastructure, and enterprise integrations. This role is crucial for scaling our platform and supporting enterprise healthcare clients. Enjoys modeling messy real-world data, especially high-frequency signals, into clean, durable abstractions
Has helped scale early systems from 1 to 10 in a fast-paced environment
Experience designing and maintaining external-facing APIs used by customers or partners
Cares deeply about API craftsmanship and long-term system design
Has built comprehensive search or RAG systems at production scale
Has a track record of maintaining and leveling up operational excellence across engineering organizations
Comfort contributing to greenfield architectural design while shipping pragmatically
5+ years building production backend systems, ideally in high-growth environments
Experience working with distributed systems and multi-tenant architectures
Has built complex systems that external customers rely on
Strong data modeling instincts, particularly around time-series or high-frequency data
Thrives in small, high-leverage teams where ownership is real
