Talent Partner (Engineering & Product, 6 Month Contract to Perm)

Join Counsel, a company at the intersection of AI and healthcare, as a Talent Partner. In this role, you will own the hiring process for Engineering and Product, from sourcing candidates to signing offers. You will partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role and keep pipelines moving. This is a full-time, 6-month contract with a path to permanent, hybrid out of Boston or NYC. • Own the entire hiring process for Engineering and Product roles, from sourcing candidates to signing offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for each role and keep candidate pipelines moving.
• Source candidates directly and maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Some exposure to Product recruiting, or a clear hunger to build that muscle
• A track record of sourcing outbound, not just running process on inbound
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time in technical roles
• Working knowledge of engineering skill sets across backend, frontend, full-stack, ML/AI, data, and DevOps, beyond keyword matching
• Comfortable in an ATS (Ashby experience a plus, not required)
• You're curious by nature and genuinely into AI, building with it and forming real opinions on your own time
• You want to help define what Talent Architecture looks like when a TA function is AI-native from day one, not bolted on later
