About The Role

Join LogicMonitor as a Financial Analyst, where you will play a key role in supporting the go-to-market organization. You will work closely with the marketing team and the broader finance and accounting team. Your responsibilities will include building complex analyses, refining business issues into clear analyses, resolving forecasting and planning issues, and presenting financial data to an executive audience. You will also support the development of key marketing metrics, perform ad-hoc analyses, and proactively highlight opportunities for process improvements. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required, along with 3+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, management consulting, accounting, or high growth enterprise SaaS.

  • Collaborate closely with the GTM operation team to ensure accurate financial KPIs and support the development of key Marketing metrics.
  • Build complex analyses and financial models to support strategic decision-making and provide insights that frame business decisions.
  • Present financial data and analytics to an executive audience with clear recommendations that influence business decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize objectives in a fast-paced environment to ensure key deliverables are met in a timely manner
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, management consulting, accounting, and/or high growth enterprise SaaS
  • Prior experience supporting Sales and/or Marketing from an FP&A perspective in a SaaS company is highly desirable
  • SQL skills highly preferred
  • Possess a strong work ethic with a “get-it-done” attitude
  • An ability to develop and cultivate relationships with ease, and can have the nuanced ability to balance high level thinking with detail oriented execution is highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS KPIs such as LTV:CAC, pipeline conversion metrics, cost per opportunity, or pipeline to spend ratios
  • Ability to present to CFO, VP finance and GTM leadership on investment proposals and outcomes
  • A Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics)
  • Efficient with managing tasks that require collaboration with stakeholders in different time zones
  • Positive attitude with a can-do, service-oriented mentality
  • Ability to be highly productive with little oversight on day to day basis. A self starter attitude and intellectual curiosity are key to success
  • Established strong analysis and presentation skills: Quick and high quality analysis and presentation creation using advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  • Structured thinking: Develop and leverage frameworks to help structure the team’s thinking and identify the 80/20 opportunities to reach insightful, actionable answers without boiling the ocean with analysis overload
  • Your strong ability to cultivate relationships and provide critical thought leadership along with a sharp analytical and modeling mindset will be paramount in key decision making and driving the business forward, both at a tactical and strategic level
  • You thrive when learning, networking with peers, representing your team or company in your external interactions
  • Impressive time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks with multiple stakeholders while hitting deadlines on time sensitive projects
  • High-energy, company first, positive attitude: Must be motivated to work hard in a fast-paced environment
