About The Role

Join LogicMonitor's FP&A team as a Senior Financial Analyst, where you will be the primary finance partner for G&A operations. You will collaborate with business leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and headcount plans, providing financial insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing operating expense forecasts, analyzing performance against the plan, and identifying opportunities to optimize investments and resource allocation. You will also support executive reporting, drive process improvements, and enhance forecasting capabilities to help scale the business. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel proficiency, experience using AI tools, and a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.

  • The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical finance professional who excels at partnering with stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights, and influencing decisions that drive business performance and growth
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and data visualization
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis
  • Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements in reporting or forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and independently
  • 4+ years of experience in corporate finance within a high-growth SaaS business (investment banking, consulting, principal investing, or accounting background a plus)
  • Experience supporting senior leadership with presentations, board materials, and strategic planning insights
