About The Role

Join LogicMonitor as a Solutions Engineer, where you'll drive the successful delivery of our Professional Services technical solutions for both new and existing customers. You'll work directly with customers and collaborate with internal teams to craft advanced LogicMonitor configurations and lead discovery, design, and deployment sessions. As a subject matter expert, you'll relay critical product insights to our Product/Development teams while guiding customers to adopt best practices and optimal configurations.

Oversight of end-to-end deployments of LogicMonitor solutions, ensuring flawless delivery.
Collaboration with internal teams and customers to craft advanced LogicMonitor configurations and lead discovery, design, and deployment sessions.
Advocacy for best practices and implementation of optimal configurations that support a comprehensive IT monitoring strategy.
Proficiency with web technologies, including HTTP, JSON, RegEx, and REST APIs
2+ years in IT operations, including systems administration, network engineering, and DevOps
Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving
1+ years of hands-on scripting/programming experience in Python, PowerShell, Java, or Groovy
3–4 years of experience as an IT professional or software engineer
Subject matter expert in one or more IT domains—such as Windows/Linux server, networking, security, storage, virtualization, or cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Willingness to travel 10–20%
