About The Role

Join ICapital, a leading financial technology company, as an Associate UI Frontend Engineer. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Management and UX Design teams to build the frontend of our platform using ReactJS. You will be responsible for developing new features, resolving defects, and enhancing the user experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience with React and 1 year of experience with JavaScript state management tools.

Contribuer au développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités, à la résolution de défauts et aux améliorations de l'expérience utilisateur sur la plateforme.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de gestion de produit et de conception UX tout au long du processus de développement logiciel.
Participer activement aux réunions de stand-up, de raffinement et de rétrospective, ainsi qu'aux revues de code entre pairs.
Collaborative approach to software development
Comfortable with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows, with the judgment to apply AI strategically where it improves productivity, quality, and decision-making
Able to work independently or as part of a group effort, as required
1+ years of experience with JavaScript state management tools (React Query, Redux, Mobx, etc.)
2+ years of hands-on experience with React
2+ years software engineering experience building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions
1+ years of test automation development
Excellent communication skills
Able to solve problems proactively
