  • Lead product efforts for new business initiatives from ideation through phases of delivery and timely execution.
  • Develop the strategic roadmap and lead the direction of the product data models and APIs in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Mentor the team by coaching and leading by example in all aspects of development, whether building relationships or project execution.
  • Exceptionally strong organizational and communication skills are required
  • Proven track record of managing technical teams and strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated influence in partnerships with colleagues, teams, and clients
  • Natural problem solver driven to push initiatives to conclusions
  • Willingness to dig deep, analyze, and understand how things work
  • History of customer-centric focus with quick and thoughtful problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in data engineering and quantitative science is preferred, but not required
  • Critical thinker comfortable with the unknown
  • Strong interpersonal skills capable of building relationships to gain buy-in and achieve business results
  • Strong technical background and understanding; ability to design and implement strategic API functionalities at scale
  • Data analysis experience required, with an emphasis on SQL and developing API integrations
  • Finance/Fintech experience is preferred, especially in Alternative Investments
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with executive management for ideas and resolutions
  • 6-10+ years of experience in Product Management in a fast-paced, agile environment
