About The Role
Join iCapital, a leading financial technology company, as an Associate/Assistant Vice President in the iCapital Solutions team. In this role, you will support existing Enterprise Wealth relationships within the Independent Broker Dealer channel, ensuring the delivery and execution of our suite of offerings across all asset classes. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, assist with day-to-day relationship management activities, and partner with internal teams to coordinate client requests. This is a junior-level, technical relationship management role focused on the delivery and ongoing support of iCapital’s full suite of solutions.
- Support the development and deepening of existing relationships with wealth managers, serving as a trusted point of contact for clients.
- Assist with day-to-day relationship management activities, including client meetings, follow-ups, issue resolution, and ongoing communication.
- Partner with internal teams to coordinate client requests, support implementation efforts, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and develop relationships with clients and colleagues
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- 2–7 years of experience in client service, relationship management, account management, sales support, or a related client-facing role
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain
- Knowledge of alternative investments is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and professionally
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience working within or supporting wealth management, financial services, asset management, or investment firms preferred
