Investor Relations Analyst

Join iCapital, a leading financial technology company, as an Investor Relations Analyst focused on the Canadian market. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and the fund administrator to maintain and expand relationships across the region. You will provide ongoing client support, assist with the onboarding process, and collaborate with the Technology team to optimize the user experience. • Maintaining and expanding relationships with banks, independent wealth managers, dealers, and family offices across Canada.
• Providing ongoing client support and facilitating account maintenance updates, ensuring communication, reporting, and funds are accurately distributed.
• Collaborating with internal teams and the fund administrator to support high-profile fund managers in their fundraising efforts.
• Fluency in French is a plus
• 2-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in a client service or investor relations role with exposure to alternative investments in Canada
• Knowledge of Fundserv, Canadian Fund Structures and Account types is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player
• Experience with transactional support for alternative investments (i.e. subscriptions, transfers, and redemptions)
• Proficient computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Bachelor’s degree is required
