Technology Recruiter (Contractor)

In this contract role, you will manage the full cycle recruitment process, build a strong candidate pipeline, and support the senior technology recruiter. • Lead full cycle recruitment from intake with hiring managers, through offer close, and manage high volume of requisitions and applications.
• Generate a strong candidate pipeline with creative postings, industry networking and sourcing, and partner with professional organizations to ensure diversity.
• Build relationships internally with hiring managers, heads of department and other internal stakeholders to develop a strong understanding of the team’s needs.
• 6+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience with exposure to the financial services and/or fintech industry, experience with technology recruiting and managing intern hiring is a plus
• Demonstrated experience to effectively assess candidate resumes, conduct screening calls, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
• Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Experience recruiting across the Technology spectrum including full stack, frontend and backend engineers, devops, corporate technology and product backgrounds, data science and quant experience
• Effectively assess a candidates resume and conduct screening calls before introducing profiles to the lead recruiter
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or another business-related field
