Executive

Candidate is responsible for

1. Execution of downstream operation like Ultrafiltration, Dialysis, Centrifugation, Column Chromatography, Polishing of Protein, Formulation, Aseptic Filtration.
2. Issuance of BMR followed by on time entries of processes and completion of BMR.
3. Executing operations on floor as per MFR as assigned.
4. On-time entries in logbook related to processing.
5. Preparation of departmental SOP’s & Formats.
6. Review of logbooks for adequacy and completion
7. Registration of various stage samples through Live Health Software
8. Maintaining cleanliness at Work Processing Area
9. Issuance, execution & completion of Deviations.

10.Execution of Product / Process validation on floor along with seniors.

1. Handling and maintaining departmental equipment’s along with its records.
2. Compiling product specific data and maintaining trends for the same.
3. Indenting of Raw Materials (Chemicals/ Consumables/ Resins, etc.)
4. Issuance of Raw Materials (Chemicals/ Consumables/ Resins, etc.) and maintaining inventory records for the same.
5. Maintaining records of discard generated and disposal of the same.
6. Execution of any job activity assigned by reporting authority.
7. Any other activity in the overall interest of YBL.
