• Lead end-to-end application lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Oversee application and database architecture/design aligned with business needs
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications

1. Governance & Strategy

• Establish governance for automation and digital initiatives
• Evaluate and validate business cases and ROI for new applications
• Track and ensure benefit realization from implemented solutions

1. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners
• Coordinate for system integrations and third-party solutions
• Act as a bridge between business users and DT teams

1. ERP & Application Optimization

• Support and enhance existing ERP systems
• Drive maximum utilization and continuous improvement of ERP and enterprise applications

1. In-house Application Management

• Ensure internally developed applications are aligned with evolving business requirements
• Drive enhancements, bug fixes, and modernization initiatives

1. Deployment & DevOps

• Oversee application deployment, release management, and CI/CD pipelines [ Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment]
• Ensure proper version control and change management practices

1. Integration & Data Management

• Enable seamless integration across systems (ERP, QC, COA, RM, SFG, FGS, Commercial app, eBMR, etc.)
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and availability

1. Team Leadership & Delivery

• Lead and mentor development and support teams
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and compliance
• Promote best practices in coding, documentation, and security
