BMS Shift Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION FORM Job Scope: The Engineer - IBMS will be responsible for ensuring all IBMS, LV System, Access Control, Security control are working as per requirement and the candidate will also be required to understand the constructability of varying designs. Vendor coordination for BMS Infra. Job Responsibilities: · Direct maintenance and repair of mission critical data centers. · As IBMS Expert he will be responsible for the operation & and continuous innovation of our data center footprint. · Work to design resilient, cost-effective Security & IBMS systems. · Monitoring & guide to housekeeping team at all BMS Infra · IBMS Alarm monitoring & coordination with Inhouse Infra & vendors to resolve the issue as per severity · Vendor / Preventive Maintenance coordination for all BMS Infra. · Analyze the organization's environmental impact . · Follow & commit with Yotta’s Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM / BCMS / EnMS etc.) · Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time. · Understand the organization’s expectations towards all management systems the company is certified for. · Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives. · Adhere to confidentiality policy to safeguard sensitive company information, maintain trust with clients and partners, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. · Perform their duties in the event of emergency as per roles in ERP/BCMS plan. · Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle. Good to Have Skill: · Ability to research new designs, technologies, and construction methods of data center equipment and facilities. · Capable of defining critical equipment specifications and approving equipment submittals. · Performs and supervises technical maintenance work associated with CCTV ACS & IBMS system to a high standard. · Identifies and carries out corrective and repair programs on IBMS, CCTV & ACS. · Troubleshoots non-performing and/or faulty BMS system equipment. Prepares incident report or root cause analysis report. · Provide training to operation team. Conducts supervision and hands-on training to junior peers (technicians, members entering critical space).
