We are looking for a Community Manager who shares our vision and executes on revolutionizing people’s car repair experience. As an ideal candidate, you are a people-person and a hands-on problem solver. You have a relentless, “get-it-done” attitude. In this role, you will be responsible for training new mechanic partners, mentoring existing partners, ensuring quality, and building a sense of community within our nation-wide mechanic fleet.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mechanic Partner Relations. Recruit, onboard, and mentor mechanic partners.
• Mechanic Partner Support. Provide support to mechanic partners and address the day-to-day issues of mechanic partners on our platform via phone and email.
• Improve fleet quality based on ratings and other performance metrics.
• Proactively seek opportunities for fleet growth and improvement (processes, policies, and logistics).

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Strong interpersonal skills: both oral and written. Great presentation skills.

Practical problem solver: thinks through all steps of a problem.

Exceptional attention to detail & organization skills, and great follow-through on tasks.

Drive and hustle. You’re a hustler at heart, are multitalented, and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Simply put, you have the get-it-done attitude.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

You do not need to know about car repair or have auto industry experience.

BA/BS degree or equivalent.
