Job Description

  • We're expanding our HR team with
  • Human Resource Executives (2-5 years of experience)

to make Zippee

  • If selected, you’ll take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, performance, and exits, while helping
  • shape the culture
  • of one of India’s fastest-scaling VC-backed Quick Commerce startups.

  • In-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

Bonus points

If you have prior HR experience at a logistics, warehousing, or quick commerce company.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end HR operations and partner with leadership to build a high-performance, inclusive, and execution-first culture.
  • Design JDs, interview questions, and assessments to reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Lead employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Run performance review cycles and share insights with management to drive org-wide excellence.
  • Manage payroll, compliance, and employee benefits with precision.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs in sync with business growth.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience

in Human Resources, People Operations

  • (preferably at a startup).
  • Sharp judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to influence across levels.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills; you know how to push when needed.
  • High ownership mindset with the drive to take initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic startup environment.
  • Must have own laptop.
