Job Description
- We're expanding our HR team with
- Human Resource Executives (2-5 years of experience)
to make Zippee

- If selected, you’ll take ownership of recruiting, onboarding, training, payroll, performance, and exits, while helping
- shape the culture
- of one of India’s fastest-scaling VC-backed Quick Commerce startups.

- where no task is beneath you if it moves the mission forward. We move fast, we set a high bar, and we’re not for everyone.
- In-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.
Bonus points
If you have prior HR experience at a logistics, warehousing, or quick commerce company.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end HR operations and partner with leadership to build a high-performance, inclusive, and execution-first culture.
- Design JDs, interview questions, and assessments to reflect each position’s requirements.
- Lead employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Run performance review cycles and share insights with management to drive org-wide excellence.
- Manage payroll, compliance, and employee benefits with precision.
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs in sync with business growth.
Qualifications
- A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience
in Human Resources, People Operations
- (preferably at a startup).
- Sharp judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to influence across levels.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; you know how to push when needed.
- High ownership mindset with the drive to take initiatives from concept to execution.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and thrive in a high-pressure, dynamic startup environment.
- Must have own laptop.
