Job Description

• We're looking for a talented Operations Executive - Dark Store Operations in Hyderabad.

• This is an in-person role at our dark store, and you must be based near Manikonda, Hyderabad.

Role & responsibilities

Oversee 2-Hour/Same-Day Delivery Operations (Inbound, Outbound, Inventory Management, etc) across our dark stores in Hyderabad.

Work closely with Zippee customers (D2C/Marketplaces/E-Commerce Brands) and support them in expansion/growth.

Ensure 100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & adhere to dark store SLAs such as inbound, inventory management, outbound, manpower planning, rostering, training, employee engagement, vendor partnerships, COD management.

Hire, manage & motivate the dark store team (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, and delivery riders).

Weekly inventory audits, COD reconciliation, hiring, & MIS reporting to Management.

Help create a rockstar culture amongst the team to scale to profitability.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of
• Operations/Supply Chain Management experience
• at Quick Commerce/
• Ecommerce warehousing/logistics companies.
• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.
• Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.
