Job Description

  • We're looking for experienced Security Associates (Security & Loss Prevention) to oversee the seamless, secure operation of our Quick Commerce operations across Kochi, Kerala.

  • This is an in-person role in Kochi, Kerala and will involve significant field travel across the city.

Responsibilities

Enforce Standard Operating Procedures for site security, fire safety, operations, inventory control, control tower, loss reporting, compliance, adherence, and audits.

Incident Reporting/Management: Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Resolve disputes effectively, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to diffuse potentially tense situations.

Audits: Conduct and closely monitor on-ground audits (weekly/monthly/quarterly/suprise assessments) of all dark stores, promptly identifying and resolving mismanagement.

Team Management: Oversee the scheduling and deployment of on-ground (third party) security personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal/external stakeholders/local authorities across major cities to address legal and security-related matters.

Qualifications

  • Ex-defense/police/SLP professional with 0-5 years of service in Security Operations, Loss Prevention roles, preferably in Ecommerce/Quick Commerce.
  • Proven experience managing teams and working in multi-site operations while exercising the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Strong understanding of inventory audits, incident management, and SOP development.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment through superior prioritization/time management skills.
