To maintain cleanness of production area. To do issuance of auxiliary materials required for production as per instruction of the reporting authority. Packing and sterilization of all materials required for production. To perform and/or supervise the cleaning activity of equipments, material and area of vaccine facility as per respective standard operating procedures. To Monitoring and/or supervise of room parameter like Differential pressure, temperature and relative humidity of production. Responsible for the maintenance of the different production area as per its stipulated grade. To ensure timely validation and qualification of equipment, areas in Pharma block of vaccine R facility. Preparation and filtration of disinfectant and cleaning solution. To monitor and document all critical equipments like Autoclave , DHS , LAF, Pass box, cold room, Tunnel, Vial washing, Integrity machine, vial washing, Hypalo Glove Integrity Tester and cold room etc. To ensure presence of valid calibration and validation label should be present on all the equipments of vaccine facility. To follow cGMP and GDP practices while working in manufacturing areas. To maintain clean and sterile dress requirement of the production area. To initiate any breakdown maintenance request related equipment or area. Cross functional team member for investigation. To participate in qualification activity of vaccine R filling facility To face internal and external audit as per schedule and give timely compliance. To follow proper hygiene and entry exit procedure in the respective area. To follow all the biological safety procedure and EHS related safety procedure.
