Quality Assurance - Sampling - IPQA (Trainee Officer)

Position : Trainee Officer Department : Quality Assurance Reports to : Quality Assurance Head Location : Ankleshwar, U-2 Qualification - <B.Sc> / Diploma Chemical Experience - Fresher to 6 months Ø To issue the BMR/PCCR as per the request. Ø To collect the filled BMR/PCCR. Ø To archive and retrieve the filled BMR/PCCR. Ø To destruct the BMR/PCCR after retention period is over. Ø To assign the Batch Number to each batch. Ø Reserve Sample management Ø Label Management Ø Sampling Management Ø To check the packing area and give the line clearance for material packing. Ø To ensure the packing area and perform sampling activity after receipt of sampling request. Ø To prepare and verify the label as per specification. Ø To issue the labels to production department. Ø To enter the sampling details in LIMS and to print the sampling sheet. Ø Batch record review & release Ø To review the batch records with respect to Availability of all the pages and attachments. Ø Approval status of the raw material and packing material used. Ø Label and packing records and sampling details
