About The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Fleet Operations department.
  • Scale the self-procurement model across multiple regions.
  • Develop and execute business operation scale-up strategies.
  • Drive P&L performance and manage cost-center efficiency.
  • Lead projects focused on Throughput, Cost, Quality, Safety, and Delivery, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of 50+ professionals while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Drive operational excellence and support Zypp's vision of sustainable and scalable EV-powered logistics.

Candidate Profile

  1. Expert in fleet maintenance and uptime
  2. Strong knowledge and understanding of EV 2W
  3. Ability to manage large teams
  4. BTech preferred from Tier 1 college/MBA Preferred
  5. Immediate Joiners preferred
