Position Overview

We are seeking a

Data Analyst

with strong expertise in

Python and SQL

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with data, capable of transforming raw datasets into actionable insights, and able to support business decisions with precision and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using

SQL

and

Python

• .
• Build scalable reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key metrics.
• Provide actionable insights to support Tech, Product, Operations, and Business teams.
• Write optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and transform data.
• Use Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.) for automation, data modeling, and advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets and reporting.
• Continuously optimize data workflows and contribute to scalable data strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience
• in data analysis, preferably in a
• startup or fast-paced environment
• .
• Strong proficiency in
• Python (data manipulation, visualization, automation)
• .
• Excellent knowledge of

SQL

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases).

Proficiency in

Excel/Google Sheets

• for quick analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree
• in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

Experience with

Tableau/Power BI/Looker

• or other BI tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks or APIs.
