About The Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Coordinator to join our
  • Amerivet veterinary team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance
  • with all relevant regulations and permitting pertaining to veterinary practices. The Regulatory
  • Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to facilitate and
  • monitor regulatory changes and maintain up-to-date requirements. Your expertise will
  • contribute significantly to our mission of delivering innovative and safe solutions for animal
  • health. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to
  • manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring meticulous attention to detail. The
  • successful candidate will play a crucial role in navigating the complexities of regulatory
  • approvals, fostering collaboration across departments, and upholding the integrity of our
  • products in the veterinary market. If you possess a strong regulatory background and a passion

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents and applications to relevant authorities.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that affect veterinary practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all submissions and correspondence.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal teams regarding product compliance.
  • Conduct audits and evaluations of existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in regulatory affairs or a similar role in the veterinary or medical industry is

preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of veterinary regulatory guidelines and approval processes preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex

information clearly.

  • Proficient in research, analysis, and reporting, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to

deadlines.

  • Proficient in using computer software for document management and data analysis.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build strong professional

relationships.
