About The Role
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory Coordinator to join our
- Amerivet veterinary team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance
- with all relevant regulations and permitting pertaining to veterinary practices. The Regulatory
- Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external regulatory bodies to facilitate and
- monitor regulatory changes and maintain up-to-date requirements. Your expertise will
- contribute significantly to our mission of delivering innovative and safe solutions for animal
- health. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to
- manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring meticulous attention to detail. The
- successful candidate will play a crucial role in navigating the complexities of regulatory
- approvals, fostering collaboration across departments, and upholding the integrity of our

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents and applications to relevant authorities.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that affect veterinary practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all submissions and correspondence.
- Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal teams regarding product compliance.
- Conduct audits and evaluations of existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the point of contact for regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries promptly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in regulatory affairs or a similar role in the veterinary or medical industry is
preferred.
- Strong knowledge of veterinary regulatory guidelines and approval processes preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex
information clearly.
- Proficient in research, analysis, and reporting, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to
deadlines.
- Proficient in using computer software for document management and data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build strong professional
relationships.
