Manager Behavioral Health Strategy & Operations

The Manager Behavioral Health Strategy & Operations serves as the organizational owner and primary custodian of the behavioral health service line. This role is responsible for the strategic architecture of go-to-market strategies, the design of scalable clinical/operational models, and the technical enablement of the BH ecosystem. This position bridges Sales, Solutioning, and Delivery to ensure all behavioral health engagements – spanning Outpatient, Digital Therapy, Autism, and eating disorders – are compliant, high-performing, and clinically sound.
