Post-Acute Clinical Coding Manager

The Post-Acute Clinical Coding Manager is the functional owner of the organization’s post-acute coding methodology. This position serves as high-level SME in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Home Health (HH), and Long-Term Care (LTC), driving the design of high-value outsourcing engagements. By bridging sales strategy and internal delivery, this role ensures that our clinical coding products are compliant, competitive, and specifically tailored to the complex regulatory landscapes of post-acute care.
