Vice President, IT Management Office (ITMO)

The VP, ITMO is responsible for ensuring GLOC’s technology investments are translated into tangible business value through disciplined execution, enterprise-wide visibility, and strong governance. The role leads the prioritisation and delivery of the technology portfolio, ensuring initiatives are aligned to strategic objectives, appropriately resourced, and executed with clear accountability for outcomes. Acting as the central control point for technology change, the VP ITMO provides leadership with a single, reliable view of progress, risks, and interdependencies, while enforcing performance standards across internal teams and external partners. Critically, the role extends beyond delivery oversight to drive adoption and benefits realisation, ensuring that implemented solutions achieve their intended operational, financial, and customer impact.
