About The Role

The System Business Analyst acts as a liaison between the Business and the Solution Development Teams / IT / External Consultants. He/she is responsible for tasks inclusive of elicitation, analysis and documentation of business requirements; scoping and completing functional designs of process and systems solutions to business issues; and the analysis and measurement of the performance of new and existing systems and process implementations.
