About The Role

Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and moderate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Support the Product Owner: Assist in managing the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment with team goals.
Coach the Team: Guide the team on Agile practices and principles, fostering a self-organizing and high-performing environment.
Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Track Progress: Monitor sprint performance using metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and team capacity.
Promote Collaboration: Encourage open communication and collaboration among team members and across departments.
