If you’re motivated by the privilege of serving our seniors with dignity, respect and compassion, keep reading: About this position: What you’ll do: Ensure ongoing efficient building performances Perform regular inspections of the building and its components Execute the Preventative, Restorative, Corrective and Capital maintenance program What you’ll need: A post secondary trades certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades certification would be an asset High computer literacy with MS office software and a functional familiarity with building maintenance and monitoring software Provide effective oversight and record keeping via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (eMaint) for building components, equipment service contracts, after hours emergency repairs and maintenance Physical stamina to sustain bending, lifting, and climbing Perks & Benefits Job variety, no two days will be the same Amazing residents with rich life stories Competitive salary and benefits Internal Closing Date: July 6, 2026 Casual Employment Members of equity-seeking groups are encouraged to apply Union membership is a condition of employment.
