Senior Project Associate (Institutional Donor Engagement)

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission in the Netherlands and the direct supervision of the Head of the ERCOM Unit, the Senior Project Associate (Institutional Donor Engagement ) acts as the focal point supporting the Mission’s engagement with institutional donors. The position supports donor relations, resource mobilization and stewardship activities, contributing to continuity, coordination and alignment with IOM corporate fundraising frameworks. The role plays a key support function in the implementation of the Mission’s fundraising strategy, coordination of donor engagement activities, and management of donor intelligence and institutional memory, in close coordination with SRO Brussels, RO Vienna and Headquarters.
