National Consultant on Financial Literacy, Business Development and Sustainable Reintegration

Duration: Up to 85 working days.

Location: Home-based within Kazakhstan (with travel required)

Objective: To support the sustainable economic reintegration of Kazakhstani migrants returning from the UK Seasonal Worker Scheme. The consultant will personally deliver financial literacy and business planning training, provide coaching for grant applicants, develop a reintegration analysis report, and facilitate a National Dialogue policy event.

Key Requirements: A Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field; at least 5 years of professional experience in financial literacy, entrepreneurship development, or reintegration programming; fluency in Kazakh and Russian (English is an advantage).
