We are looking for a

Procurement Specialist

to join us at this pivotal moment, share our vision, and help shape the future of European banking.

What you will be doing?

Coordinate end-to-end procurement processes for software, hardware, SaaS services, and professional support, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery

Support supplier sourcing and selection, evaluating capabilities, pricing models, and risk factors to ensure the best value and fit for the business

Participate in negotiations and help structure agreements in collaboration with stakeholders from IT, Legal, Compliance, and Finance

Draft and review contracts, manage renewals, and track performance against agreed SLAs and KPIs

Analyze markets and supplier trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings

Participate in cross-functional projects related to procurement innovation and continuous improvement of internal processes and tools

Maintain up-to-date contract records and procurement documentation, and support audits when required.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to anticipate upcoming procurement needs and align purchasing strategies with business goals

Contribute to vendor relationship management, fostering transparent, productive cooperation and addressing performance issues when necessary

Skills you should have

Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, ideally with a focus on IT, software licensing or professional services

Relevant experience in the banking sector is a strong asset

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

Understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor negotiations

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and generate insights

Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), both verbal and written

Comfortable working in a cloud-based environment – we use MacBooks and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets); strong Excel or Google Sheets skills are especially important (e.g., pivot tables, lookups)

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities

Team player with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
