Skill Matrix score sheet Manpower Development To monitor & control daily utility energy consumption in utility area in order to minimise energy consumption. Plan v/s budgeted Utility To execute improvements initiatives for reduction of energy consumption of utilities equipments to optimize utility operation cost To do analysis of repeatative breakdown through PDCA/QC circles. Adherence to improvement activities. 1.Number of QC circles 2.Number of PDCA's. Budgeting & control To collect & analyse data & for annual maintenance budgets highlting :- 1. Breakdown target,2. To deliver machine to production after maintenance in term of quality & time.2. Execution of improvement activities.3.
