Responsibility Heads Key Responsibilities/KRAs Budgeting - Support in preparation, submission and monitoring of E & T Budget - Support in preparation of training modules. Process - Support in implementation of overall E & T concepts , processes & systems at plant locations - Support in customization & implementation of E & T strategic initiates across location and E & T regular technical capability building initiatives across locations. - Conduct education & training program for lateral hirees, graduate engineer trainees & associates trainees, skill enhancement program (SEP) for associate -on rolls & FTE's, competency enhancement program (CEP) for Staff - supervisors uptil officers and competency enhancement program (CEP) for senior officers & above . - Ensure standardization of E & T processes and systems across locations. - Ensure collection / distribution / compilation of all trainings documents - feedback and evaluation - Support in preparation and development on LMS courses (technical) Learning & Development - Coordinate with corporate HR for all trainings and development related tasks. - Develop and identify the internal training resources for conducting various training
