Director, GWBIB - Equity Capital Markets & Syndicate (ECM) MY

The incumbent is responsible for executing the agreed business plans and strategies to achieve the team’s and Country’s Equity Capital Market and Syndication (ECMS) regional and Malaysian revenue budget and performance goals together with the Regional Head of ECMS and Group Head, Investment Banking. Incumbent is also responsible for managing and motivating his team to achieve higher productivities as well as meeting quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Other responsibilities include supporting the development, management and coverage of key corporate client relationships for CIMB Group, penetration of clients’ wallet share and promoting customer portfolio growth for Wholesale and Universal Banking products.
