As Tour Director Manager for our Kyoto Regional Office, you'll build and inspire the community of Tour Directors who bring EF's travel experiences to life across Japan. From recruitment and training to on-tour support and performance coaching, you'll ensure every customer has an exceptional guide for their adventure. You'll head up a team of Regional Coordinators, collaborate across our APAC Operations network, and shape the strategy that keeps our Tour Director pipeline strong and our customer experience exceptional.
