Facade Cleaner Level 1

Responsible for basic exterior cleaning tasks on building facades, including glass, metal, and stone surfaces. Assists higher-level technicians and ensures all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean exterior building surfaces such as windows, walls, and cladding
• Use basic cleaning tools and equipment (squeegees, brushes, pressure washers)
• Assist in setting up ladders, scaffolding, or rope access systems
• Follow safety procedures for working at heights
• Remove dirt, grime, stains, and debris from surfaces
• Help prepare cleaning solutions and materials
• Inspect surfaces for damage or maintenance needs and report issues
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools and equipment
• Outdoor work on building exteriors

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

With IRATA Level 1 Training Certificate

• With not less than 3 years of experience
• With good understanding of cleaning methods and safety practices
• Physically fit and comfortable working at height
