Facilities Engineer

Contribute towards trouble shooting issues, with respect to FM Civil services. Provide value addition towards upkeep of building fabrics and structure.

Acts as a reliever of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers. Needs to have manpower management skills with respect to Supervisors, and team members.

Good understanding of Electrical and Mechanical systems.

Need to maintain and upkeep documents with respect to critical readings of system, effecting or having commercial impact on Property Management, and upkeep of all contracts and their expiry dates.

Understanding of projects with respect to Mall upgrade, especially on civil aspects, cross-verification of structural design and material used as per QCS.

Study of all data with respect to critical areas like the MRs, Pos being raised, tracked i.e. Procurement Department.

Preparation and study of Scope of Works (SOWs) of MRs, before being raised to Procurement, Service Requests (SR) details and KPI management , with respect to SLA.

Forecasting materials to be used, and raising MRs with respect to OPEX. Understanding the property requirement, and planning upgrade in CAPEX.

Co-ordination with team with respect to day-to-day operation. Planning and execution , of critical projects with respect to in-house team and external contactors.
